To say that Jensen Cummings was born into the industry is quite the understatement. He is the fifth consecutive generation of restaurateur in his family. With his great great grandfather opening La Fond House in 1900 in Little Falls Minnesota. Great grandfather, grandfather and currently three uncles all took up the family biz as well. Jensen’s generation also includes his younger brother, and Chef Cummings is living up to the family heritage with his leadership in the industry!
